No idea, sorry! See up thread, I found it to be a massive waste of money, but I’m hopeful others would be able to make better use of it. @skydancer seems to have benefitted a lot from it

Well this is a shame - I had a kitchen from here that is excellent but evidently too good value for money because it’s stopped trading

If I could work out how to upload a working video from my iPhone I’d show you the magnetic loft eaves storage panels I had done. You can get sprung magnetic catches, and some combo of sprung catches + straight forward magnets should give you what you want. Ours was a panel you press the top of and then it pings out. Bottom held by magnets. You could just have magnets and a pull cord/webbing loop poking out?

Sorry, that is a shit and difficult situation. Try not to treat it as a business exchange (ie at work; about something you don’t care about personally) and manage your emotional response.
I tried to focus on what particular outcome I was aiming for, and treat everything else as noise.
Do you have a list of everything that should be done in stage 4b? Can you clearly set out that he/she was supposed to do XYZ and has not - it sounds like you don’t need a call if an emailed list can work?
There are loads of architects and other professionals on here who will have more concrete advice.

Trying to work out the size of this -

That may not be the right chart. It looks like it might be too big for 5’7” but if it isn’t I’m super keen.
Thank you

Sorry, missed this and probably late - 50kW Worcester Bosch
-
I put in a 50kW combi which could have run out house and our neighbours on each side, purely for the litres/min flow rate. Wildly over the top from a “how many radiators” calculation.
One person can now have a fantastic high pressure shower for ever, or one person can have a decent shower and another can run the bath no problem.
I used this - my bathroom was generally ok but pink and floral. It’s not the first job to do on the house, so i wanted it to last a year or two. I painted it grey with this brand, and then used a white grout pen to make the grout lines white again. It was easy and looks fine, most people don’t notice it’s been painted. It’s lasted fine so far - not my ideal situation but as a medium-term fix I’m happy
