Couldn't be more in. I've done many a ride that involves crawling through a hedge, sneaking through a factory car park, walking through a river etc. Happy to input on making the route as daft as possible. I'm also very happy to see people pushing to keep bridleways open and extend them. Important stuff for those that like to get muddy. The Ramblers have a campaign going at the moment to find unmapped rights of way - there's some legislation coming that means they'll be lost forever if they're not sorted now. https://www.ramblers.org.uk/get-involved/campaign-with-us/dont-lose-your-way-2026.aspx
RSF x LFGSS ride No 1.
Independence from Tarmac
4th July 2021
Leaving at 7am from South London suburban location tbc. Arrive earlier or on time.Route TBC, approx 60miles at a rough guess. Aim is to use lanes out of the burbs to get to some great off-road sections. Hope to end at somewhere near the start (or a bit more central) where we can either buy a pint or sit somewhere with a tinny. We won't be riding on any towpaths, it's shit.
Bring a packup and snacks, liquids, tools & tubes/worms. No helmets (worn or behaviourally speaking), 32c tyres probably the skinnniest you'd consider riding, please god No garmins beeping. Mudguards essential for gathering unwanted sticks in your wheels. But not compulsory. Non-RSF members welcome.

I'm thinking about buying some prints that were proofs for an art book. I'd be getting them because I like them, not as an investment, but I wondered whether people thought they'd be more or less collectible than limited edition prints? The gallery just told me:
"Most of them are unique but some have been printed a couple of times. They’re proofs created when the artist was putting together his XXXXXX book, so some do have marks and some have different paper edges/sizes to others."

Does anyone do bars like this with a 31.8mm clamp?

I just picked up a 70s Vibro Champ. The speaker connects with an RCA cable by the look of it. Are there attenuators that would work with it? It also has a hole in the grill cloth that someone has dribbled glue around to stop spreading - does anyone do invisible repairs on that stuff like tailors can? I could replace it but I don't think you can get the exact stuff anymore and that seems like a shame.

Bump, just in case anyone has any boxes going spare. I’m after a few.
