Kind of, but not as many scoops.

I think they were designed for 28s max with guards. Though I'll try and sneak in 32s first.

Bought this off @EcuriePeril last night.
Has been unused for a number of years. Paint looks much better in the photos, it’s actually quite bubbly with surface rust in places. Plan is to get it painted and mainly build it up from the parts bin. Will be used for commutes, shopping and shorter trips to the hills.
Thankfully it had all been well greased. Though the seatpost and stem took some medium-level swearing to get out.
Very nicely built frame by Lee Cooper from 1999 with 531C tubing and 28.6 top tube.
Got a couple of other projects lined up so figured I may as well start a thread.
