brett Another thought: try moving your saddle a few cm forward on the rails.
I was initially getting big pain in my right arm on the new bike, thinking "shorter stem", "frame too big" etc. My right arm's effectively a bit shorter than my left because of a previous accident so It was stretching massively and that's why the pain ended up there, but that minor adjustment has totally sorted everything out.if your lower body is totally fine with the bike i won't recommend doing this as it changes the relation between your bum position in relation to the bottom bracket at the same time, which could potentially bring up other issues and possibly make it harder for you to pinpoint where the problem is. i think for shoulder problems it's always better to alter stem/handlebar setup.

i think i have to agree with aidan and vb.
for what it is, that image is a piece of graphic design and it communicates a message. what is the message? it doesn't say to me it's to help some guy out of his trouble.
there's always tension between cyclists and motorists and it's often inevitable, it doesn't necessarily mean that one condones what ryan has done by wearing that t-shirt but what i'd like to say is it delivers a message that is not going to solve problems. i know it's utopian, but the ultimate goal should be to suppress any form of road rage so every road user respects each other and cares for each other's safety.
to quote da man, "increase da peace"

hmm for me i need a 15mm combination wrench, allen keys, 3 tyre levers, spare tube, pump, maybe patch kit and that's all i need on the road. i dont really think a multi-tool like that would appeal to someone like me. and folks with goldtec and phil hubs wont ever need a wrench either since they dont use track nuts they use 6mm allen.
cone wrenches are more like workshop tools really, where i keep at home with the lockring tool and other bits, i mean, you should adjust your cones properly before heading out anyway right?

for me, as with a lot of art, music and design out there these days, it gets disgusting when people are DOING IT FOR THE SAKE OF DOING IT.
same goes for this bike.
how many kids enrol on a design course really wanting to do design and not because they think it's "cool"? how many of those shitty indie bands out there are making music because they really feel it, have something to express out of a necessity and not just doing it so they can pose? dance punk everyone...

i would like one of the thin racey ones, like the swallow, but they're £100+[/quote]
your bum and your "dogsballs" will give it character! ;)
