white frame, white aerospoke on front, pink deep v on rear, white though they could have been pink grips, brakeless, various stickers on the aerospoke, locked up on a traffic island bottom end of high st ken.
thought it might have been slaytanic's but I think his bike is white all around, so it might have been the architects.

andyp posted a link, but here's what eurostar say about taking bikes on trains:
If you can fold or dismantle your bike and place it in a bike bag with the saddle, handlebars and wheels removed, you can carry it on board yourself as part of your luggage allowance as long as the overall size is no bigger than a normal suitcase.
Alternatively, you have 2 other options.
From 7 April you will be able to reserve a place for your bike on the same train that you are travelling on. (This is subject to space being available). This service operates on our London, Paris and Brussels routes only and will give you added assurance of knowing that your bike is travelling with you.
You can make a reservation or find out more about this service by calling us on 08705 850 850 or visit the EuroDespatch Centre in person at St Pancras International. Charges are £20 one way and it’s necessary to quote your Eurostar reference or show your ticket.
Or you may simply wish to use our registered baggage service which also operates between London, Paris and Brussels Eurostar terminals as well as Lille Europe but does not guarantee your bike travels on the same train as you. We will do our utmost to send your bike on the next available service, space permitting. However, our guarantee is that your bike will be available to collect at your Eurostar destination station within 24 hours after registration.
But this service also allows you to send your bike in advance of your journey and then it’ll be ready to collect when you arrive. If not, you can still turn up on the day. So if you are able to be that little bit more flexible, this can also be a useful option.
Charges are £20 and it’s necessary to show your Eurostar ticket or booking reference when you register.
For more details about our registered baggage service take a look at the baggage information or feel free to call us on 08705 850 850.

Been thinking about this for the last month or so. Whose up for a forum raid on paris, take the bikes on the Eurostar, into Paris, hook up with the Parisian Forum boys, go out, ride, drink, sleep in cheap hotel, repeat the next day and get the Eurostar back to old blighty before the week begins.
I'm thinking sometime in august would be good, those who are in paris (Pistanator, Smiling Buddha, any others?) and those who have been in Paris (Delphina) let me know if this is viable, good spots to hang out, drink etc.
And the rest of you forum monkeys put up your responses in the poll to whether this is a good bad thing to do. -
good ride people, had the strong legs today, nothing like a good nights sleep to sort out the wrongs with your riding world.
@ Lebowski, got kicked off the train by a mardy chunky senior conductor that wouldn't let us on with more than six bikes, Jonny was pissed at the fact he had no wine on the slow train back.
Just tucked into a chicken shawarma from edgware road, smoking a bifter and about to go to bed a happy camper.
Many thanks to all those who came out, the usual suspects plus somebody, sammy dodger, peterd and his mate, and the roadie boys big daddy, hippy, fatboyralph, plus aroogah, hope london to brighton goes well..
As I said before, good ride, nice pace, and only one stack (greasy get well soon) plus no punctures.
If anyone wants to arrange a ride to marlowe for the town regatta next year I'm up for that, like a mofo.... -

It was suggested by sano whose doing the magazine to hook up there before the bridges ride and use it as a feeder ride to boris' (though it'll always be ken's) house.
thought it was a good idea, kill two birds with one stone kinda thing.
I'm pretty sure he was going to post up a thread to invite people to the launch anyway.. -

after having a sore neck yesterday but dosing liberally with ibubrofen and wine, i woke up this morning in total agony.
turns out i have a wry-neck, or trauma-induced torticollis as a result of a braindead courier riding into me last friday.
all i can say is it really really hurts and i can't move my head.
I'm sorry to hear about this pj, hope you feel better.
You need to find said courier and give him a good telling off, or better yet a good kicking, or even better take all of his money he'd earned that week and treat yourself to a massage and other luxurious sundries. -

dude I'm thinking sound system, like those bods have at critical mass, you know the one thats hooked up to a loud hailer? and spits out some serious bass.
Don't know where you'd store it, but it would be a thing of beauty.
The forum needs a mobile sound system, wouldn't it make polo beautiful, the sun is shining, the beats are rolling, and people are talking about bikes. -
48 started 12 finished at Piccadilly, good ride, just one puncture on the way back into town and a fun time was had by all. Was hoping to top the 100 mark for this one, but c'est la vie.
Skully I'll be looking to get that Grace Jones Cd off you at west beers one of these weeks. Maybe I'll see some of you down at polo tomorrow/today.
And remember
A day on the forum is like a day on the farm,
every breakfasts a banquet,
and every paychecks a fortune.
Until the next one...
