i ride my bike (cycle) everyday. I also own a car and therefore pay road tax, i pay income tax, i pay council tax, i pretty much pay all kinds of tax, so in theory i, by your standards am allowed to drop my tuppence. The fact that i don't use my car very often therefore lessening the congestion, by 'one less car' everyday means i am allowed four pence. Unfortunately only the cycle users on this forum, seem to be talking any sense, (not all of them mind). To my mind, two wheeled road users should look out for each other, because we are all at a disadvantage to the bigger 4 wheeled users, if you bikers who have found your way here, don't agree because you have seen a cyclist wearing lycra before and therefore think they are gay/small dicked/arrogant/poor/all of these, then go fu.... shit i ran out of pennies, must pay next 6 months road tax so i can speak more of my mind.
