VanUden Sorry to hear about this. I'd say it is the guy who popped out from the window above for a number of very good reasons:
- He said that you should have asked permission; he obviously felt aggrieved/angered
- He wouldn't deny doing the damage. Even a good liar could have said, 'nah mate, I heard some banging noises and looked out but no one was there, fuckin' kids eh, would you believe it!?'
- It was dark, he was directly above the bike how could he possibly even see the damage and yet he knew it was there because he wasn't surprised when you asked him about it
Thus I conclude my case. It was the cunting coward in the window.
