They are MTB disc rims from Halo "29ners"(700C for daft 'Mericans).
Perfect for me 'cause that bike is brakeless and running big tyres.
They are cheaper than 'Vs but only come in white and black(stickers come off well too).
They have a sweet section but there is NO braking surface whatsoever.
You will have to run 28C tyres (or greater) though which is not for everyone.
