Wasn't the cycling good today?

Rode to the Olympic Park, Victoria Park, London Fields then down through the east end and City to Hyde Park. Around there once then up to Regents for a half clockwise to send me back via Angel, and home again.

Thought about kicking up towards Ally Pally then back through Clissolds but decided it would be better to come back here and brag about how moderate I'd been.

47KM before 12:00, pretty happy.

Standing in line at the Aldi this morning with coughing people and nobody wanting to respect the 2 meters, not happy.
