i am indeed out of the hospital and doing a lot better. the operation went totally to plan with no complications, so there is need for BBQ's and celebration.

people are welcome up when ever suits, i think some people might be coming up sunday afternoon too so if some can't make Friday and really feel the need to treck up then you're more than welcome. I am still recovering so can't promise it'll be a full blown Dino sex party but it would be great to have some company. there are some great routes up as Mrak said and i can have a think about other routes... Green Lanes is beautiful... also there's two train lines, one into liverpool st, stopping at 7sister, stokey, rectory road, hackney downs, liverpool st and the other at finsbury park so it's super easy to get back into town drunk/tired if people can't be bothered to ride back.
