I'm going to be in WI in less than two weeks, been emailing the guys in the shop to try and arrange buying one whilst i'm out there but doesn't look like it's going to happen.

Saying that though, I'm still going to make the trip out to the shop, I don't know how much i'll get away with bringing but but if anyone wants anything have a word with me and I'll see what I can do when i get out there.

CHELSEA PEDALERS ANNUAL BIKE POLO TOURNAMENT 15 AUGUST 2009

]Chelsea Pedalers Annual Bike polo Tournament – Saturday 15 August.
We’re almost there fellow bike polo enthusiasts! If you have any question about the following please let me know. Please also ensure that you pay your £50 entry to either myself or Joe Gordon on the day if you have not already done so.

              I have **attached** a map of Bishops Park and circled the bike polo playing fields in ].

**Draw and Team Sheet **
Games start at 12:30, if you have an early draw please be at the field by 12:00
Each team has a number (1 – 12). This is how you will be referenced on the draw
Bikes and sticks provided if required
The winning teams in the first draw will go through to the winners league and the losing team in the first draw will go through to the runners up league. Every team will play at least 2 to 3 games
e.There will be 2 x 15 minute chukkas per game with 15 minute change over time between games
There will be two pitches
g.Please make sure you check the draw after every game so you know your next playing time and can be ready to go on 5 minutes before start time

**Tournament rules **
a.There will be a referee for every game and fouls will be pulled up by the whistle
b.This is a non contact sport so please avoid collisions where possible to prevent damage to yourselves and the bikes
c.4 people per team
d.The players can only hit the ball three times consecutively
e.Feet must be off the ground when the player hits the ball
f.Players must not cross the line of the ball
g.The stick is to be carried in right hand
h. Each team must be represented by a colour.

**SAFETY

**a. Please play safely and adhere to the rules of the game
b.It is strongly advised that you wear a helmet
c. The Chelsea Pedalers waive all liability for any personal injury or damage to property caused as a result of your participation in the tournament
d.All members of your team will be required to sign a disclaimer form on the day acknowledging the Club’s waiver of all responsibility
e.We will be playing on a public land so please also respect the rights of spectators and other members of the public

It’s going to be a great, day feel free to bring along spectators and picnics etc.
