bikenut one cut me up on the finchley rd one evening going home, he was up my arse for about 100 yards, then he saw his chance to overtake but almost straight away pulled up to a halt in front of me. by the time i got round him and level with his window he was taking fares from passengers getting on the bus. i banged the side of the bus as hard as i could and shouted ' FCKING WNKER' , i'm sure by the look on his face that he just let go in his underpants.
I had a mate, working as a courier, who got six months inside for threatening behaviour, he threatened to hit a bus driver with a defective brake light who had over taken him and then stopped suddenly.
First offence, never in trouble with the law before.

'Stopatred was created by concerned cyclists, alarmed about how the cause of cycling is being undermined by the reckless actions of an unrepresentative minority'
What a bunch of self rightious bollox, I jump lights if the road is empty or if it is safer to do so, far from being reckless it is a matter of good judgement, having been riding for twenty five years, eight of which as a courier, I tend to think that my judgement is rather good, but then I couldn't give a toss about the 'cause of cycling' because I am not self rightious enough to think of 'cycling' as a cause that needs to be championed in the first place. Quite frankly I wish all these Johnny come lately goody fucking two shoes Islington anoraks with their patronising bloody petition and ruddy dayglo safety stripes would fuck off as they are seriously compromising my 'bad-boy' image...;)

Do people still buy the sunday papers
or has it all gone on-line...?
I used to like to sit in the pub and read the papers
but I think that may have had more to do with sitting in the pub
than reading the papers
these days I read the Telegraph
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/index.jhtml
and the Times
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/
Le monde
and
the American papers here
