Do you mean internal politics or some political stance embraced by Pogo (if you want to say)?
Both, really. The group that is running it now is way more hardline than those of us that started it (well, that isn't entirely true, but as someone who basically lived in the kitchen for the first two years I can say that quite a few of us were vegan, but didn't feel the need to be dicks about it).
I guess the problem is that it was, and will always be, a multi-headed monster who attempts to function as both a restaurant and a political entity. It doesn't work.

As a vegan who hates vegetables, I used to go to Benito's Hat to get a burrito and just got both kinds of beans, with none of that stir fried pepper nonsense.
Then the guy who understood where I was coming from left, and now if I ask for it I have to explain myself to the girl about 12 times, then I get a tiny amount of each bean and asked if I want chicken. She really doesn't get it. -

Sorry I got annoyed, it is only an imaginary number on the internet.
I'm over it, but I would have liked to have seen DJ coming into the forum in a slightly more gentle manner (this is pointed at DJ, not at you, David).
But he's out, and he's proud, I guess I'll get over it.
And yeah James, I'll take you up on that coffee at some point.

Would have loved to come last night, but I was too busy being a massive hipster.
