I'm clearing space at home due to having accidentally purchased a trainer upgrade - preference given to those that can collect from sw18 in the next few days.
First up, my trusty CycleOps aluminium rollers complete with the removeable fork mount - they've seen a lot of use in the years I've had them but, aside from some rubber marks on the drums, they are in disturbingly good condition. £90
Secondly, the Kurt Road Machine 2 magnetic trainer that I bought from Henry (Eyebrows) here - I cannot stress just how frigging amazing this machine is, I hadn't owned a turbo for years because of the incredible noise they made but this is whisper quiet with a really well balanced ride. I paired it up with the Kurt InRide wattmeter which has made training not just bearable but actually productive - I can train in my front room of my flat before the family are up and they are none the wiser. I bought it from Henry for £150, the wattmeter was £100 - call it £170 collected.
Pictures up today.

Hello forum peeps,
After the chaos of my previous sales I'm sticking to single components in each sale in the hope I can maintain even the semblance of order. This time its forks.
First up I have two sets of Forza Ellyps, lovely carbon track forks, ultra beefy with a straight blade and 30mm offset dropouts, TMK there is no option to drill these so I never used them. The white set has never been usedat all and is still uncut but has some discolouration and bubbling in the paint from storage. The black set was used on this machine so has 270mm+ of steerer and is in good used condition. £45 each.
Next a set of Planet X Stealth carbon tt forks. Lovely, light, full carbon aero forks, 43mm offset, 26.3mm steerer. £sold pending collection
Maybe sparkly red 1" reynolds 753 steel forks are more your thing, 43mm rake, 164mm steerer - £20dropped to £18
Rourke 1" Reynolds track forks, socket crown, no drilling, straight blade 194mm steerer - £sold
BLB beater forks - 1 1/8" straight blade, solid but covered in sticker residue - 200mm steerer - £15
On-one Pompetamine disc fork - 1 1/8", unused, 300mm steerer. Perfect sturdy disc fork to suit the disc-ification of a Pompino - £30
Kona P2 26" canti fork - It's lived through two bikes and still keeps going, utterly indestructible, replaced with a disc P2 on my partners kiddie carrier - £20
As usual cash is king, Pm's first (dibs if it makes you feel good but it will mean nothing in the event of an earlier Pm from someone else). All items can be collected from SW18 or W1 or, if you feed me a real sad story, I may post at cost.

Call that a sale... THIS is a sale! Part one - Modern bits, Black Rainbow project, CycleOps rollers.
After finally failing at covert component Tetris my bike hoarding has become apparent to my long-suffering wife and the inevitable appeasement sale has been demanded.
Below are the recent parts, spares and cast-offs that have been purchased in error or left over from cannibalised previous builds - none of them are knackered, most are lightly used. I've priced them to sell so if you're buying a bunch of bits I'll do you a discount, otherwise give it a couple of days before you start low-balling the hell out of my prices, as coming up with polite responses to comedy requests does get a little draining.
All parts can be picked up in W1 or SW18 - I can post most bits at cost but will prioritise those that can collect - I'm not a busy man but my laziness knows no bounds ☺
Likewise, dibs are fine but if they're not followed with a PM, too bad, the first in my inbox is going to get the goods.
I've tried to shape the bits into some semblance of order for ease of browsing - all categories are arbitrary - everything is the black version unless otherwise stated.
Right, let's get it on...

Bought on here six weeks ago but not done anything useful with it so time to move it on. Only point of note is that there is somehow quite a lot of tyre rub on the NDS chainstay that the seller didn't mention to me and I was too busy chatting to notice - I bought it at £130 I'll take the hit and sell for £100 because of the cosmetic ugliness. This is a heavily over-designed version of the element-in-a-cup that was popular during my travels around eastern europe.
Available in 'we brought beer' in Balham for the incredible price of £8.80 - I liked it so much I bought a shed load from Hop Hideout. It's 11.4% so I'm glad it's pricey otherwise I'd drink it all day...
