i use a 6x7 in the studio alot, i cant afford the 30k a p45 digital back costs, if my client will shell out for either the extra cost of me shooting on film, or renting the back , the results are much better. I see full frame digital as replacing film when it becomes afforadable, but it still is not for every aplication. but given the fucked up economy, and how its about how cheap, and not how good you can be at this point in the game (at least in the USA) i have been using my D3s when i should be using my RZ Pro II, as there is little operating cost on the former.

import duty depend on the item, and the point of import tax is to throttle imports and create local jobs. The thinking be hind this is that if say you can make some steel in china for about 50 pounds and ingot and in the uk it costs 75 pounds an ingot to produce steel, a 25% or higher tax on imported steel will insure that the UK steel is of an equal of lesser price and therefor is prefered by the purcheser.

Of course this does not work beacuse we like things like cheap bikes so the tax pushes prices up with out protecting jobs, as if the prices where equal you would not have the benifits of a stong currency, and things would generaly be more expensive.

it depends on alot of factors, if its their fault (they where over to far, in the bike lane, stopped for no reason, pulled out towards me, ect.) i hope i broke something and ride off. If its my fault i generally stop, the execption to this are 1. if I'm drunk, then its any thing goes, 2 if I'm in a bad mood they should realize that the world exists solely for my entertainment, and that i now feel better having broken something, they should be glad to play a part in the meaning of life. 3, its a rough hood, sorry buddy I aint stoping in The Bronx/ Canarsie for nothing. 4 if its a cab, fuck you buddy.

Chris there should be a nob at the base of the radiator and a tap as well. The hissing and the dripping would suggest that you need to adjust this tap, (use a rag as the tap will get hot and have a bown or towel handy as it gets messy)
You can adjust the temperature on them with a second nozzle usually on the opposite side, but always a pain to reach.

There is a pipe that comes out from the wall, into the radiator with a twisty thing on it, but I can't get that to budge, and the hissing comes out of a steel bell looking thing with a little hole in it, nothing to twist on that. I would take a photo but all the cameras are in the studio, as I have a shoot in 2 hours now.

all this laughing at gueedos is all fun and games for you guys, but when you see one hitting on a fat girl with the line "I'm not from around here, I'm from jersy" it all goes bad fast, Of course i said very loudly to my friends/ him "Can you believe a guy from Jersey is hitting on a fat girl in a bar we actuly go to, I wonder if he knows that this is not Manhattan, and don't they have dive crapy dive bars in Jersy City, filled with ugly fat women for this kind of guy?" they walked away.
