No offense, but you should have taken the cat to a friends place or straight to kitty daycare. I know it's difficult, but that would actually be hell for the average cat and stress = illness.
I wasn't really thinking with the whole bolier exploding, fire fighters telling you to get our of the building at 6am in the rain/ hail.
she's staying at a place in soho, $80 a day that I will be subtracting from next months rent (if we don't break our lease due to habitation issues)

Due to a boiler explosion in my building its been quite a day for my poor little cat, she experienced an evacuation, hail, a dog carrier, the subway, my studio, my shop and my girlfriends apartment where she has spent the last two hours making sure no one sleeps.
we still aren't allowed back in so she's going to kitty daycare tomorrow.
I learned a lot today about my cat, mostly she doesn't like hail, dog carriers, the subway, my studio, my shop or my girlfriends apartment.
how do I make her not hate me after this ordeal...
I learned a lot about NYC, Chinese landlords are not the best at maintaining their building, people give you really weird looks when your carrying a cat on the subway, there is kitty day care and every one at the Department of Housing is a total incompetent moron with out exception.

A watch that is all white (thank you Michael Barrymore) or all black, save for a red second hand, seems quite odd to me. It takes the form of design and places it so far away from efficient function, that it either becomes an instant classic, or is worthless in weeks. People wanting to tell the time surely wouldn't need to peer at their timepiece from different angles to differentiate the hour and minute hands from the face? But what do I know? Next purchase....the invisible watch!
Wouldn't really have thought of getting an all white watch is Swatch hadn't given me one as part of the promotion for The Gents Colection, but I soon realized I like the style and that it was time to step my all white watch game up.
I bought the Movado Bold because I liked the way it looked and it wasn't stupid expensive. I love the minimalism of an all white watch and its flexibility (I find my self wearing a larger verity of rings with my white watches for example). I also like how it hides what is usually the only statement piece worn by men.
I've neever had any trouble reading it at all but I generally just glance at the position of the hands on any watch I'm wearing to get a sense of the time, not really bothered if its 6 or 8 past the hour. And I'm sure that if my style changes I could sell it for most of what I payed for it on either superfutre or ebay.
I wore it last night to Neuvo York at Le Bain with some black skinny dropped crotch jeans, a white Rag And Bone shirt a "Darker Blazer" by Injury, a tarnished silver horn neclace, Bijules bar ring on my left hand, A lass skull ring on my right middle finger, and a Chrishabana ring on my right pinky. The striking minimalism of the watch allowed me to wear some fairly modern statement jewelry.

I don't know if this is the thread for it (I'm not a photographer myself), but Selim has finally produced a website of his work, most of it is focused around couriers, some is digital and some is film. Have a look, me know what you think.
www.selimkorycki.com
If his ECMC work is reportage shouldn't what an ECMC is be explained by his work? All and all I think the site is text heavy for a site looking to get him work as a photographer.
But I'm not an art dir/ photo editor
