Did someone once post a picture of a PC with full SKS mudguards? I know you can bodge them onto the road forks with P clips. But what about the rear? They have screw thread in the rear drop out for the metal supports but how have people attached to the brake bridge/behind the BB?
I'm thinking this has all the marks of a Scoble mod.

So, I've got myself the frame and forks (see attached) and nowt else. Want to do it up nicely but shamefully don't know where to start. Should probably post this in Current Projects but trust you Brighton types more...
Things that may help:
• Looking to keep it low-key and classy (brown leather seat/grips, quill stem, flat handlebars, sticker-free rims etc)
• Will be riding fixed with front brake
• Expect to use it mostly for commuting but will also hopefully get out for a few longer rides. Have a good hill on my ride home (Bear Road) but was riding 48/16 previously and getting on okay(!) with the hill
• Budgeting ~£200 (will probably repaint it later on top)
• 120mm wide dropouts
• Bottom bracket BST-threadedHappy to spend countless hours trawling LFGSS for parts but not entirely sure what I'm looking for and don't wanna get ripped off.
So, suggestions?
You've already got some good advice.
Aim for some classic box section rims (no deep v type rims) to keep it looking classic. Mavic Open Sport etc. Laced to generic track hubs is most likely and a great start. Search on here/ebay for cheapest deals. I've sold a pair for <£50 before.
Mostly likely your chainline with standard hubs will be 42mm. Look this up online if you don't know what it means. So next your BB, chainset combo will need to fit this. Most cheap track chainsets will fit this mould with a 103mm BB. Or road cranks with the chainring in the inner ring position work great.
Then the contact points (saddle, bar/stem combo, pedals etc) should just turn up on here regularly. I have a few bits that I could sell you if you're itching to get started.
This has all been written down hundreds of times on here, but I hope it helps.

T.O. has said he wants them. I'll give him a day or so to get back to me but if not I'll happily split.
I might be interested in the back wheel and the cassette if you do split em.
Well spotted on the CR. I'll lower the price.
£25 + £15 (+ travel)
I would be interested in the front wheel!
£20 (+ travel)
If you could both meet me at the same time, £5 each travel time.

I picked up one these. Seems perfect for what I want. Lovely little shop as well.

FREE: Green Raliegh hybrid. Well used, but a very likeable bike. Needs a bit of love and the back wheel is missing a few spokes so either needs re lacing/replacing.
Anyone want it before I give it to cranks? About a 18/19" frame, shimano blah blah.
p.s. I've lost the key to the lock I have on the back wheel so if anyone has some bolt croppers that would be ace.

I've topped up my massive £50 initial investment with £10.43. There's a spare tenner in my Seedrs account that you can have on Thursday as well.
I've done the same.
DK, I see this is represented as a new investment page/entity on Seedrs. So I have a stake in Microcosm 1st round and Microcosm 2nd round. So I'm assuming these are then effecitvely combined into one investment in Microcosm as a company?
Sorry if this is a stupid questions/makes no sense!

Also, it seems you can buy the Road Runner ones on a UK version of their Etsy: http://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/97294985/tool-saddle-roll?ref=shop_home_active
I recognise that place, the Hammerpond. Was there on Saturday.
