Ohh Semi Solid Basses!
I've got a Framus Star Bass similar to this below. Although they were designed as budget basses the ones they made in the first year were fantastic, with a big metal scratch plate and pointed cut away. I love it, mainly cos I have small hands and the neck is super thin, the sound is great too. Brilliant in bust three pieces.
I've got a Warwick 5 string for other stuff too which I love for very different reasons.

Does anyone want to have a crack at DJing a Rollapaluza event. Not your normal sort of gig, as we want DJ's that are capable of augmenting the racing with music that people like. Working with the MC to build the atmosphere before the race and kicking in with some fast paced tunes when the racing starts. We have a few capable DJ's we can call on but more are always welcome.
http://www.lfgss.com/thread54044.html for the details of the night.Drop me a line if want a crack, I am extremely busy atm so if I don't answer this post ring me on O7747 O4I 596.

I'm sure that you can ask someone that's downloaded from iplayer for a copy. I will be watching it on my iphone this very afternoon.
I have very recenlty bought a tascam 8 track which is bloody tiny and iRig and the amplitude app on my iphone.....I am very much looking forward to getting back into playing, writing and recording. All this cost less than £250 and it is tiny. I will feel like a right turnip recording Double Bass on this little rig!

I agree with everything Cornie has said.
I got my tat done after a lot of consideration, it took years for me to come up with a design that I was happy with, it had to be unique. It also took a few visit's to convince Franch Tomas to do it as I have no other tat's, probably won't get any others either (it is sometimes hard to keep to this decision).
I also think that tat's have the most meaning to the person on whom they are done they are also there be seen and displayed. Mine can be hidden when I want and visa versa.

shit pictures, will get some tasty ones once its healed.

This is my favourite tat on here by far, I think it is the best one I have seen* for a long time if ever.
I rarely post on this thread but I look at it more regularly than any other thread on this cycling forum!
- Apart from my own which I like the most.
