Well, if the frame was cheap you could sort out your accounts by just refunding them. Then hunt them down later..
6 days isn't much! They've frozen it already?!! 7 days at least before even questioning it. Then another 7 to allow for problems.

Back in Oz you just had to wait for 'hard rubbish day' when people would leave BIG items out for the council to collect them.

Personally I'd buy a fixed-specific wheel (actually have one made) but you can get an old wheel and thread on a fixed cog (suicide conversion coz you can't fit a lockring), redish the wheel (recentre the wheel as you don't need to allow for a 5spd+ cluster any more)

How long has it been since it was sent? Can you ask postal company for any kind of tracking? ie. report a lost package?

Same. Deep section rims have more material on the rim and eyelets are not needed.
Some peeps argue eyelets are not needed these days at all as the rim metal is better others argue they are compulsory.
I didn't have eyelets on my Velocity Fusion (semi deep) and they rocked.

Make sure they fit your crank arms. ie. BCD is the same and the slightly more obvious bolt count.. :)

They don't look like cottered cranks - there's no bolt out the side. They look like Sugino but they only have three arms. Stronglight?

Because changing a cog is generally cheaper. But not always - depends on what sort of chainring you go for.
Get a 17T or a 19T cog for a much nicer gear IMNSHO.
