PayPal dispute res (ya gotta log in) https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/customerservice/EducationSellerOverview
"Try not to enter communication with the buyer under the assumption that they are acting unfairly or unreasonably. Make it clear that you see the situation as solvable and include some suggestions about how you would like to resolve the dispute.
Because the funds associated with a disputed transaction may be held until the situation is resolved, it is in your best interest to communicate with the buyer as quickly as possible." -

Yeah.. what is the go with that? You paid £2 for the frame? Where do you live? Near London? Surely not?
Back in Oz you just had to wait for 'hard rubbish day' when people would leave BIG items out for the council to collect them.
Of course, fat lazy car-obsessed Aussies leave their almost unridden 10+ year old road bikes out for collection.. by US! the bike obsessed rubbish trawlers.. :) -
This one should be in a menu of this site: http://sheldonbrown.com/deakins/how-to-fixed-conversion.html

Personally I'd buy a fixed-specific wheel (actually have one made) but you can get an old wheel and thread on a fixed cog (suicide conversion coz you can't fit a lockring), redish the wheel (recentre the wheel as you don't need to allow for a 5spd+ cluster any more)

Same. Deep section rims have more material on the rim and eyelets are not needed.
Some peeps argue eyelets are not needed these days at all as the rim metal is better others argue they are compulsory.
I didn't have eyelets on my Velocity Fusion (semi deep) and they rocked.

Total UK personal debt at the end of April 2007 stood at £1,325bn (http://www.creditaction.org.uk/debtstats.htm)
This nation and most other developed and developing nations value possessions and spend spend spend to get them and show them off.
I'll raise my hand for loving my 'stuff' just so I'm not accused of being a hypocrit. BUT.. I do NOT go into debt to buy anything. (Buying a house may be the exception - fscking property investor cnuts) -
