I'm trying to work out the name of an American TV series that Channel 4 used to show about a blonde girl living in a small town in America where something happened (a nuclear thing or a lightning storm or something) and then lots of paranormal stuff happened. Called something like the Freaky World of Annie Mac or something except it definitely wasn't that and I can't remember what she was called. Any ideas?

Thanks everyone.
I had a physio appointment this morning but apparently everything's as it should be so was sent on my merry way. Feel very lucky. Glad yours was good too MM.
I was fine cycling in but got a bit freaked out cycling home (dark, raining, insane drivers) - I really don't want to fall off and have to go through surgery again :/
Might start riding the 69er for a bit... Feel a bit safer as it's such a beast (someone drove into me once on Lewisham roundabout and I wobbled a bit and stayed on. Love that bike).

oh man I want to go to Ide Hill! Bastard collarbone. You may well have this in mind already but you go past Holwood Farm Shop which is lovely and has cake and also you can get a free coffee if you sign up to their enewsletter: http://holwoodfarm.com/contact/newsletter-sign/
edit: in relation to the Sunday ride - got overexcited and posted before I'd seen mands' ride :)

Thanks @noiser.
Any top tips for avoiding a massive scar, beyond bio-oil?

I think I've managed to convince @6pt to tandem me into work on Monday. If he's in the office his excuse is the tandem doesn't fit in their bike parking space, so I am going to have to start a campaign to get more inclusive cycling parking there :|

Have put on about a stone since breaking my collarbone so think it's time to start running to work. I lost my Polar HRM ages ago. Would like another one but running specific might be useful - any recommendations for something fairly simple? I only really used the Polar to remind myself that I should be running at a pace that put my heart rate higher than walking and to work out how much cake I could eat, but I guess running speed might be useful...
