the pista stem is an insane angle and is for the track only, the deda non-anatomic bars are nice, if you don't want a real low drop position (like on track bars) then get the shallow italian drop dedas (it's what i have)
they do a deep drop belgian style if you prefer.

You could get some sealing wax, melt it, and pour it down the inside of the tubes of the frame. This will seal the inside of the tubes against more rust damage. Not sure if you need a special type of wax, but you can get microcrystalline stuff fairly cheap from any art materials shop.

I dont like that at all. It basically means that people are getting stolen bikes legitimately, from exactly the same place they'd be getting them anyway!! The police aren't going to spend enough time trying to find the rightful owner, and you can't exactly argue with someone who's bought your bike FROM THE POLICE. Really poor idea.
