meto.gov.uk are saying 17-19c but heavy rain from the start, occasional sunshine and SSW winds 16-25mp....that's crosswinds for a significant chunk of riding.

i fondled a pair in the shop, they are very nice.

i was in front of a lorry, he saw me from miles off (well 200 yards) he still tried to squeeze between me and a traffic island doing 50mph. i try and keep as far away from them as possible, and those bendy buses.
it's not poor visibility it's just not looking while dialing the bookmakers number on the mobile.

Agreed....I was in the courier race...the cheers on the first lap were great, but after that...enthusiasm waned....strangely the rain saved us, coz it made us look totally heroic.....in an event like that a team relay, would more easily be understood I reckon.

Next genuine "Rollapaluza" night will be on the 28th July....in Waterloo...

bizarrely despite using spinning machines and rollers for training, I've never come close to the winner in a roller race.

Caspar one of our crew and chief rolla engineer is a desk -jockey controller, yet he's a super whizz at roller races often beating track stars and couriers.....it's as much about technique as fitness.....he will be making an attempt at the record soon enough.

i ride round there a bit, seen a couple of langsters and a girl on a grey surly.
the roadies get a bit upset when you pass them uphill, though a couple have ridden past and said 'nice bike'.

just don't buy a tea and flapjack at the roehampton gate cafe for £3.70!

I know you said black only but the cd grey rims look very understated, they are not the same as the ceramic rims just anodised grey they match the goldtec grey and would probably look good with black hubs too?
