And have no fun!
Gatorskins are vv grippy which means they're not great for skidding. Armadillos are pretty slippy with excellent puncture protection so they're good for skidding. But not great for riding on.
48x18 is what i rode, found i skidded through tires far too quickly even with a front brake. I'd go for a 19t on the back, will give you plenty of skid spots and a gentle gear for learning to skid/slow down with the pedals.

SJS cycles do a sovus hub 110 spaced for £14.99. But if it's a keirin bike you're probably looking for something a little nicer.
Once phil wood get their act together (they seem to be doing a bit of a personnel switcharound), you'll be able to get a 110 mm respacer kit for any of their fixie hubs. They do sell 110 spaced keirin hubs as well but as i said, they seem to be up in arms at the moment.

hippy It's more aero to hide the brake calipers behind the forks.. although in this case the vee noodle and cable lose him those 13 hundredths of a second all over again. :)

Here are the actual calipers which are designed for this..
http://www.performancelabshc.com/pages.php?id=120*Aero Brakes
Introducing the A700 Aero Brake Calipers.Oval Concepts now produce a brake caliper that is mountable BEHIND the front fork and even the rear chainstays to make your TT bike even more aerodynamic. Its reduces frontal drag but making the calipers almost invisible to the frontal wind.
The calipers fit behind most forks but be careful with conflicts with frame downtube and shifter cable bosses and has been tested by the former Liberty Seguros team for the past 2 seasons.
After spending sometime in the windtunnel we know that these calipers will make for a more aerodynamic bike, and should reduce your TT times. I know a few peoples bikes these will be appearing on for 2007.... think Rainbows.
For more information go to Oval's website http://www.ovalconcepts.com *
I reckon the clamp stand loses him more than that.

You posted this recently didn't you?
Something else to consider: right now it is winter, very cold/rainy/icy and thus lots of grit on the road. Any respray will get pretty fucked up over the course of the winter months. I'd leave it, use the 40 quid to buy better parts, then re-spray it in the spring once the weather gets marginally less dismal.
There's no reason not to re-spray it if you're not in to the old patina thing. A few people on this forum seem to like it is all. And i'm speaking from a broke point of view.
