Well I have discovered that you cannot just book a dark sky area visit and hope for clear nights.
I barely had 30 minutes for the telescope to enjoy it's first light, there was too much cloud and on one occasion I had to quickly pull it back in between downpours.
I still managed to get ~150 x 10 second exposures in of Andromeda... but lolz, the sheer number of those that are not usable due to small clouds coming in and obscuring things.
It wasn't a wasted venture though, I had some lovely rainy walks in Pembrokeshire during the day, a yurt with a log fire in the evening, and I did learn enough about how to control things, set it up, operate things.
What I need though, is to be far more reactive, to track sky conditions in advance, and have things at hand to get out of London and take advantage of the clear skies when they come.

It's a bit crazy isn't it... but then, so is all of the stuff he believes.
Anyhow, the suspected next account for lessmann is this one https://www.lfgss.com/profiles/203963/
I see them usually within a few seconds of registering, but yet always give a little time just in case the lesson is learned (to not be a conspiracy theory gullible nut case), which means waiting until something bat shit crazy happens again.
Edit: BTW, when it shows "1 comment" against a new profile and yet nothing is visible, this means a DM. I guess they were letting someone know their new account or if they were trying to buy / sell something then they were resuming that.

I have a DJ friend with about 5k records... It is all stored in Kallax.
He could afford custom storage, but he moved home when he was at 2k records and has a little custom storage before and swore not to again.
I was pinging him last night so asked him and he's replied this morning, the custom stuff was "£800 per meter" (about a decade ago) and whilst that doesn't mention height it was about 2m high.
He uses Kallax because it works, and the large ones are barely visible when full. If you damage them you just buy another. You can move house with them (though he's not done so for a while).

Nuked the newer lessman account.
This is basically going to be a hard ban and nuking constantly... because I will not stand for conspiracy theories, vaccine denial, and all manner of disinformation[1] being actively spread on here. I will not accept legal liability for it as admin of the community. I will not accept the social implications of others thinking this was acceptable.
Further, I won't accept being called a nazi by someone who is peddling vaccine denial and arguing that everyone is accepting govt propaganda.
Everyone has some degree of right to free speech... you can go to x.com and apparently say anything you want there, or set up your own website and say whatever you want on there. I'm not obliged to provide a platform for conspiracy theories and vaccine denial.
This stuff is batshit crazy[2], and it's not welcome on here at all, and does not reflect the community standards.
[1] Clearly with the exception of disinformation about stuck bottom bracket removal, that stuff is more entertaining... Brick Lane Bikes has an angle grinder whenever you're ready.
[2] COVID pun intended.

Flight case for CDs, they store 2,000 CDs each. They came with plastic slips for the CDs, and these include a bit to slide the booklet / CD art into too.
I recycled all of the hard plastic CD cases.
I have 3 of these flight cases in the loft, took 3 years to rip them all to the local NAS, and there's just over 6K CDs crammed into them. They're now long-term stored in the loft in these flight cases.
This type of thing... but four times the size.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/NEO-ALUMINIUM-FLIGHT-SILVER-SLEEVES/dp/B0012NVNKKThey are large and heavy! Maybe I should've gone with smaller ones and just got more of them, but it's not like I move them around often.

Agree with the ban and nuke everything.
My suspicion here isn't that the account was originally crazy, but that the account was compromised... very old account, likely old credentials and leaked multiple times, and they eventually found a website that the credentials worked on, and that this was a Russian content farm doing their usual sowing of discord... they must be frustrated everyone is leaving Twitter and that makes that less effective.
Have nuked it all

this page just fully loaded in 381 milliseconds.
so I went and checked the last 30 days to see if there is a slowdown recently... but nope, 95th percentile is still barely over 1 second, and 90th percentile is solidly around 500 milliseconds.
that's a measure of "request time" from the web server, and so it includes the time to send to the client, meaning it reflects the network speed of all clients requesting things from LFGSS too.
data says that the problem isn't a general one on our side, so it must be on your side.
