Front brake has sticky driveside pistons. I've bled the brakes and that didn't help so ordered some lubricant. If that fails it'll be new pistons and seals.

Managed to snag some compass 26 2.3 tyres on here. Vitoria peyote 2.25 fit with enough room for guards so fingers crossed.

Plans are replace the S/S setup with XT 11 speed (ordered) while retaining the chainset.

New tyres, I want to use René herse 52mm but if that doesn't fit I'll go down to 42mm. I have some 60mm Berthoud guards that I haven't used from my roberts (didn't fit) so I hope I can use them.

Provably swap out the finishing kit with some silver Thomson and carbon xc bars.
