I bought this on here a while back and have had a lot of fun on it but a longish ride yesterday has confirmed that it’s a bit too aggressive for the kind of fixed road riding I’m interested in these days.
It’s 4130 cromo and super solid. The factory paint is ridiculously thick and has chipped away in places but it’s all superficial. Dent and ding free as far as I can tell. Clearances aren’t massive but 28 goes in easy and maybe you’d be able to squeeze in 32. I never bothered with mudguards but it does have eyes.
£100 OBO collected in Bristol including Cane Creek caged bearing headset. Postage is a possibility if it comes down to it.

Ratty Columbus Aelle frame and fork with some nice features badged Tierney Custom from Tierney Cycles in Liverpool. 54c-t, 54c-c.
The paint is in ropey condition but the chrome actually isn’t half bad. It’s straight and dent-free, has internal routing for the rear brake and takes recessed nut brakes and a 26.8mm seatpost (I can provide a very short and quite ugly one of these). Rear spacing came out at 129mm on my calipers. English BB. I have removed the birdshit since taking pictures.
Let’s try £60 collected in Bristol, including the Stronglight needle bearing headset.

This frame didn’t get much traction in the classifieds so I decided to build it instead. Couldn’t get the compact bars through a nice Cinelli stem so I had to use the piece of agricultural equipment pictured instead, while 25s were a nono under the front caliper, but otherwise I’m pretty happy with it.
