That’s exactly why this stuff gets written: to perpetuate that narrative.
The expected lifetime earnings of your average Brit is £606,000. The richest Brit, Jim Ratcliffe, makes that amount in 3:30 hours. The richest publically acknowledged person, Musk, makes that amount in 34 minutes.
It’s not the poor who are the problem.

Isn't grade ten the best? Have read that campag use grade 25 in their wheels and headset but no idea if true.
Grade 100 should be okThe grade 3 is the best, followed by 5, 6, then 10, 25, 50, and on. Grade 50 are general industrial grade, where things need to work for months or years without fail. Grade 100 will definitely be OK, as long as the headset is kept adequately compressed, lubed and clean of contamination. I’ve also read that Campag use G25 bearings, which is great but general users would get better performance from G100 bearings that they look after a bit, vs. G25 bearings that are neglected.

I do. Some heavier folks than I with whom I’ve discussed the issue think the brakes are more than adequate. IME Commuting in the winter with 80 kg or so total weight onboard, the wet weather brakes would take several meters to stop the alloy wheels on a short downhill. Salmon pads and better housing already accounted for.
I would have already installed at least a a disc fork if it weren’t for the steep cost (incl new wheels etc) and increased weight/volume/etc.

Tried but we don’t stock them ;)
@M_V- it seems increasingly unlikely that I’ll find the supplier. They came on a pair of SMC wheels so hopefully they’ll reply.

It is.
