Never heard of this one. Sounds like a hack that could work, but would eventually eat into the rubber (if it's rubber). This is the suspension I was thinking of: https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/frames/joseph-kuosac-suspension-block-for-bromptons-super-firm-black/
I should seriously just buy it.

I'm willing to dig a bit - at least until it gets stupid. It's a bike I ride and carry a fair bit.
I've shaved weight on the usuals though - "superlight" front wheel, folding tyres, pedals, saddle, my custom crankset (MegaEvo 386 BB, Cannondale Si cranks and SRAM chainring). I've also added weight though with light fixtures, mudguard support etc.
Ti Seatpost is defo on my agenda, but I want it to be the exact same length as the standard. Most I've seen are longer.

Thanks @damitamit, that's what I currently have on the bike in question lol. I wanted something smaller for when it gets gnarlier, heavier, steeper etc.

NLD7 not far now. I really don't think I've done enough prep for it. Only been getting 4-7 hours of riding in a week lately, with lots of shorter rides (1hr/~20mi) due to Ramadan and way too much out-of-hours and on-call work.
Thought I'd be able to jump back into consistency mid-April, but have had the strangest and most random of injuries/pains which a physio couldn't really diagnose, and this weekend was another flop. Oh well, whining won't help.
I also have a potentially spare ticket (for sale at cost), so if anyone is eager to go, DM me. Still trying to convince a friend to join though, so can't confirm until later this week.

Nice. Where are these dry (not after this weekend's rain) trails?
