I plumped for G One Speed 35c for my long distance lightish weight touring thingmy jig. Idea is 95% road but will handle some light gravel work if needs be. Yet to use 'em tho.

Seen some use but still a lot of life in it. Reason for sale is that the hub developed play and I took the opportunity to go for a full Shimano set up. The shifting and range is excellent just wanted to go for easier to replace and cheaper stuff.

Paid £221 direct from E Thirteen.

Can throw in the TRS Race hub for free (28H), like I say it has play, could be as simple as replacing the bearing but I don't know, might be knackered. These retail at £180 so if you can refurb it, you're laughing.

Say for instance I go on a multi month tour of Europe and would like to use a phone as I do in the UK, e.g. lots of data, never off insta/tinder/grindr etc

It seems my network (Three) still has its "Go Roam" policy but having used that in the US it does run out and stops/costs a fortune.

@mi7rennie Cheers for the motivation mate, didn't know what to do today so went n smashed that out. The route I had planned went down to Aberfeldy then back up through the wind farm but by the time I had got up n over there was zero chance I was climbing back up.

The hikers path section down through the Berks aint great for gravel bikes but well worth it for the awesome water falls and Rabbie Burns bench!

The Iceland game was a great example, I loved it and celebrated like they were my own team. Its just how it is. I know it must sound sad and bitter or whatever but it's not a conscious decision, it's how I feel, its deep and I dont decide that. Then again it's only football.

I had the whole sore arm thing and my next ride, a day later, was quite a bit harder than it usually is but I don't know if that was a vaccine symptom....more likely because my diet has been appalling recently.
