As above, selling a pair of 2x11 Chorus EPS shifters, brand new, unused, in box. £130 if paid in cash, by transfer or PayPal gift. Add £4.78 to cover exact PayPal retail purchase fee if buyer protection desired.
Pick-up in or within reasonable ride from SE24. Can ship domestically tracked at buyer’s expense (I think Royal Mail 1st class tracked is like £5?). Will be going to Forest of Dean in near future, so can deliver for free if it’s on my car route 👍
Any questions just shout.

pain on my right side at the hip
Same here but left hip. I wear jeans low, and the cut was impinging my muscle movement like an inverted bowstring. Higher trousers and shorts ftw.
@Nef bursitis is in my heel
Meaning your Achilles, the fatty pad underfoot or both? Does exercise or movement lessen the pain?
-
Whats the cause of your bursitis? I noticed recently that one of my favourite old pairs of jeans was aggravating my ITB and patellar tendon by somehow constricting my glute and tensor fascia latae, so may be worth having a wider think of possible causes.
My hand and knee tendinitis and bursitis usually flare up from overuse and insufficient rest. Ibuprofen, active rest, eventually massage and light stretching usually sort it out in a handful of days. I’ve had one treatment with corticosteroids on a knee tendon and it was never a problem again.

@gbj_tester The way your mind works amazes me.

Without medical aid the human wouldn’t live much longer than most of those opponents. A 110kg (17 St?) bodybuilder cousin of mine was nearly killed by a mid-sized pit bull that attacked his dog unprovoked. He says he landed 3 full power kicks to its sides and spine before it turned on him, nearly ripping his left arm to shreds above the elbow. He punched it, slammed it, gouged its eyes and it didn’t stop until he eventually choked it out with its collar. He was airlifted out and they barely saved his arm, and his left hand was pretty much mauled.
I’d take my chances on a grizzly over an elephant because at least there’s one single recorded instance of an unarmed man winning that fight.

How frustrating that Humanity seems to have risen to the level of its own insurmountable incompetence. In the same way the biology of canis familiaris means it will never be capable of understanding the complexities we have resolved in civilisation and the universe, no matter how much it wants to, it seems we’re reaching our own limits as a civilisation. We’ve tiptoed around our nuclear minefield, we’ve tentatively survived a plague, and now we have to discover how to survive our own destruction of our habitat.
Far-reaching political action and effective enforcement aimed specifically at the greatest climate destroyers are our only hope. Our ‘individual responsibility’ is just a distraction unless it’s specifically aimed at bringing the big actors in line.
