I have seen a lot of cheap 12s campag on ebay. The main thing when choosing groupsets for me would be crank length. What you linked has 175mm cranks. These are 170, 12 speed campag went down to 165.

I've had issues with foam parts expanding with heat and moisture.

I dont think there's any difference between chorus 12 and chorus 11 rim calipers, as in they are exactly the same. Record and Sr have a different shape to them, otherwise there's no difference to any of the rim calipers anyway.
12 speed cassettes are very expensive which is what stopped me. They're £150. -
Michelin pro 4 are 29.99 at decathlon. I've got michelin power cup on my nice bike. Good tyres. They both blow up big though. The 25's I run blow up to 27.5 on both models.

Thinking about doing the BCM having never done a 600 before. I don't know how you would even train for it apart from ride up lots of hills and then buy smaller chainrings the week before.

Dropped even more. There was a 2019 argon 18 gallium pro, in good condition, that was on ebay for a couple of months with starting bid at 400, never sold.

I think the cxii was a customisable tri frameset, so as much detail on geo would help. Tt slope, ht angle may play a big part in why tt is short. I messaged you about it on ebay couple years ago for a friend who wanted a road bike but she changed her mind.

Forgot to say before removed that these frames came with a lifetime warrantee so repair should theoretically be fine if you talk to cyclefit.

Pretty niche but looks well built. Staal 80's cx (canti studs) imitation in 53cm square. Some built pictures on builders Instagram.

Im not sure these wheels were ever really used. I got them on a bike that i wanted the frame for.
Brake tracks look good (rear looks untouched, front very light use). 120mm rear spaced. 16t sprockets. Tyres look perished. 45mm deep white ally rims. Hubs could probably do with a service as they've been sitting forever and sound a bit gritty. Am out west in tw12 if someone wants them.

If you find a good cheap solution let me know, as I'm in the same boat.
I currently have a ravemen pr1200 but without the remote switch. I spent last week in a mixture of not seeing where I was going and blinding people in cars while descending and climbing. The highlight (yes) was inching closer to a woman in a car who was waiting to let me pass at titsey and seeing her face turn further away as I got closer but the light was at 400ish lumen setting which is a reasonably useless in between setting.
The ravemen is cheaper but all the cut off lenses means you can't mount them upside down. A remote/ akitv type setting would be useful for dark hilly roads but is cash.

I recently had the same issue but couldn't get the piegas I had in. If you're in West london and want some 38cm piegas you're welcome to try them out. Think I used nitto m151 in the end.
