I use 50 x 15 (90) which is a good outdoor gear for pretty much any track. Go up slightly indoor. I wouldn't go below 88 personally. If you're used to spinning I think you may find it getting easier as you build strength. It's always a compromise of acceleration, keeping a steady RPM during the race and not spinning out come the sprint.

Sorry man will try and get pictures this evening.
I had a quick look at the Yari forks and I wouldn't want to sell them without servicing them. I'm not sure what they are like as I didn't use them for very long and its been well over a year since they were on anything.
IMHO the 150mm 35s are ideal in it.

Dropper post are one of the best inventions in mountain biking. Disc brakes and droppers changed the game. If you disagree you are wrong.
People that have issues with them don't look after their bikes, don't use them enough or are unlucky. Only get mechanical forget about hydraulic.
Plus it isn't about getting rad it's all about having fun and flowing through a ride without constantly having to stop start.

Yeah too boring. I put FZR but I mean YZF sorry. They are on my mind as I have been looking at an FZR600 recently but it's in Scotland. Ha.
Like he said I bet the brake upgrade will see the biggest difference to the rider. I think unless the suspension is shot you would be better off spending that money on track days.
Was at a work meeting at Oulton park a couple of days ago and in all the classes there were chaps on Adventure bikes near the top of all the groups. Goes to show what time on the bike gets.
