I'm due to pick up three frames from Mario Vaz in SE in Jan, could swing by and pick that Gillott up too and post it to Germany if that's required? Payment can be made any desired way I'm sure....csh if that's the only way too, I'm sure we can sort it out 😀

The cheapest I’ve seen them for is £37 per pair - you meant to say per tyre I guess...You do get them for less though, incl inners - check Merlin

No alloy rims, but do have Dunlop Specials Lightweight wheelset from my own Gillott for sale. The set plus an additional rim plus inners/tyres and freewheel comes all in a pack if anyone is interested

I thought I seen that frame before somewhere - was there last w/end dropping off three frames ...Mario had few on display, some proper belters that he's planning to sell.

Got my LBS to install new front brake cable couple of weeks ago, but just noticed - looks like something is missing on brake mounting, a washer perhaps? Or is this correct? Ultegra R8000.

Possibly, can't really see. Parts are worth a bit I guess, but would be pity to brake it...

Those cantis were used on tandems since God knows when, they do work...but as this is set for TT who needs brakes ? 😁

Vintage Claud Butler path/road racing tandem. Not far from London too.

Vintage Campagnolo disc wheel, TA/Stronglight cranksets, headclip and the frame looks to me just like this post war machine
