I had a similar post recently and bought new in the end. If you go for the heat treated version (46 or 48) the price spikes pretty high.
I used https://www.velodrome.shop/ as they have the best price around for the 46 and 48 mod 177 bars. Just note that delivery is up to a month.

Hope this is some way useful.
