I hope it is just an optical illusion caused by the dynamo cable but I can't help seeing that fork bent backwards.
Yes this thread has given me more headaches than any other, all caused by over-analysing pictures of bikes in too much detail, and I want to share them.

If it's 531c it should be 27.2. Probably the clamp was done up too tight in an earlier life. But be careful because that gazelle seat cluster is more fragile than it looks.
