It doesn't show in that photo, but there are chalk markings on the pavement and a notice on a lamppost about utility works. I called Westminster Council about it and they are checking with the contractor.

However, I realise that realistically that theft is most likely. Just seems a bit odd, as it is probably not such an easy bike to move on, and stripping it for parts would not bring much. Anyway, reported the theft and keeping an eye out online and in the area.

In connection with above, should say that the bike was locked to a signpost, as unfortunately all of the cycle stands were in use. Signpost uprooted and no bike ;(

My Giant Revive went missing on Wednesday from Gloucester Terrace W2. I say missing, as there is a slight hope that it was removed in connection with some street works.

Was out in Borough yesterday leafleting yesterday, very quiet streets, no one in local park. Did seem like the end of days. Today was on Queensway W2, surprisingly busy. Queue of 8-10 people out in the street for the post office. Boots and Superdrug seemed to be only letting a few people in the shops and a time. Tesco Express wasn't busy, had fresh food, I got some milk, oranges, bread. Sainsbury Local was also quiet, was able to get some fresh pasta! Only bought 1 pack, suppose I should have cleared the shelf...

My partner got a WhatsApp message about 'garlic water' being a cure for Corona virus.
So she made me drink a glass full this morning...Strangely enough, left me feeling a bit better from a cold/fever yesterday .
