BTW, I've worked as an Electoral Canvasser for a local authority for the past 8 years (just finished the 2019 canvass about 2 weeks ago) and have found younger people to be least interested in registering.

Many thanks. I had seen this, and the result for the CB500. Unfortunately, I need to tax, MOT and insure the bike. With the additional £175 for the emissions test, I haven't had the spare cash to get this done. Will definitely do so in the next couple of weeks.

I contacted Honda to get a Certificate of Conformity for my CB500 from 2003 hoping it would show as ULEZ exempt. Surprised by the reply:

"Thank you for contacting Honda UK.

Unfortunately we will not be able to issue a Certificate of Conformity for your motorcycle.

The bike never received a Vehicle Type Approval and my colleagues that are supplying these documents are unable to obtain the neccessary inforamtion.

Should you need anything else, please contact us again.

Kind Regards"
