What's the easiest fix for this door handle?
I'd replace the whole unit but I can't find anything with the exact same dimensions & I don't want any headaches with fitment - there's no grub screw etc. to hold the handle onto the spindle so over time a little brass collar on the inside has worn away & pulled through, so the circlip has nothing to brace against - any way to secure the inside of the handle with a little clamp or similar or do I just epoxy the bastard to the spindle?

Finding it hard to see past these for £35 - seems decent enough & I don't need guages to tell me how bad they are! i'd love a big spangly one but it would be wasted on me
Edit Although if that one ^ maxes out at 130mm then it's a bit less of an option... the spangly aliexpress ones can be had without all the guages but it only saves £10 or so...
I could resurrect the one I built out of old clamp stands & assorted bits salvaged from an old teaching lab but it's a bit of an "installation" & I think I had to borrow a few bits off it...

I just came on to see if anyone had experience with these too! I know what you mean about the plastic ends on the second one - the cheaper one might actually be more solid in use as it seems you need to adjust & clamp into place for different widths.
The other one I've been looking at is this from AliExpress - good reviews but £100-120

One thing I noticed about creatine was increased cramping after exercising - might just be me but i'm sure it's a thing, not sure how that works though...
I managed to get PBs on my bench (85Kg 3x5) and squats (120kg 3x5) in the last week before Christmas, was well chuffed & actually looking forward to getting back into the gym after the break...
...that was until our wee one systematically took everyone out with some mystery bastard-flu she acquired from school in the last week of term, testing neg for covid but fuck me it feels like it - I came into work today to start a few things early - this involved cycling 3 miles & i've honestly felt fresher after a ton!
One step forward...

Disappointed in the offering from Kember & Jones in Glasgow today - was looking forward to it as well...
Nicely presented, good pastry with a pleasant frangipane lid but the filling was watery sultanas & sadness - no detectable citrussy tang, syrupy goodness or booze... could have had 3 of Gregg's finest for the same price too, would not mince again

Drill / tap / screw was an early thought - would be a nice fix but more effort to borrow taps & then not fuck it up, the chance of this being really quite high
