Haha yes, biggest gear gets to choose the next hill, which I guess is 'winning' in this case.
Of course if you get the fastest time then you win anyway on Strava as the KOM/QOM! Just not by choosing the next hill.
This whole thing is to:
1 - Promote good vibes during lockdown
2 - Celebrate the fixed and SS life :)
So whatever the purpose; strength training with a big dog gear, efficient and nippy for the KOM/QOM, discovering new parts of London or just an excuse or reason to get back on your fixed speed, hopefully everyone wins here and feels a little more connected in lockdown :) -

You can re brine and try but chances are most of the microbes and nice lil bacteria workers left once drained so itll either take a while or not work.
Carrot is tasty, so is radish in my opinion :) aubergine and courgette are good but go quite soft in texture which is not my preference. Pepper is good, goes like jarred roasted peppers. Also would recommend cucumber with mustard seeds and dill. Also mushrooms are interesting!
Beetroot is super tasty when shaved real thin and fermented.
And my personal fav, horseradish! Once fermented, add to mayo and you got a tasty dip that's also helping the gut! -

50/14 and on 650c wheels - 86''
Mostly quiet with a couple of pedestrians at the start so had to adjust.
Lovely climb and dreamy houses in a truly picturesque part of London. Thanks for the heads up on the speed bump @Grifffff, i had totally forgotten until i got to them!
Also totally unprepared and phone on 4% so unfortunatley no pic until I got home but I did get it on Strava :)Echoing @Josh01 - have been to Swains many a time but never these back roads, real nice pick @Biggles567!

Definitley over 10 mins but just finished this piece of @josh01 going to Box Hill at dawn back in Oct last year that I managed to catch on camera.
Will give the 10 min sketch a crack too.
Stay safe everyone! -

Welcome @joe_sut! I wasnt either on 50/14 - what was i thinking?..
Hope to see you again on here or Strava on the next hill in North London! -

Thanks for joining in!
I've heard from @Josh01 that you have a lo pro with a disc wheel?! Super rad! If you do any one of these with it and post a pic, I say you get to pick the next hill. I dont think anyone will object to that :) -
Great choice. Not one I've ever done or even seen.
See you all on here and Strava soon #dontstandsoclosetome -
Haha niceeee, 1 second still counts!
Cool bike, I wanted a CAAD for a while. Do you climb in the drops?
