Thanks, it’s a really beautiful frame, always a pleasure working on a bike like this even though it’s way too big for me so I can’t even test ride it!

Just completed flat bar build of this lovely old 531 Peugeot for my sister’s BF. Frame from @Salvage and 4600 groupset from @Pasty_Spumante, managed to use a Nervar crankset from another 80s Peugeot which looks a bit nicer than the Tiagra (IMO)

I think it was just very good team tactics by Quickstep - if Bennett didn’t lead the chase when he did, Stybar would have won the stage, and when Bennett did go, Gilbert could come past him. DQS win either way.

88 or 89 Concorde Squadra, Columbus SLX. Apparently this was once a PDM team bike. Found it on eBay, but I think I saw this frame or one very similar somewhere on here not too long ago?

Awaiting saddle height adjustment. Chain on inner ring fail...

Does anyone have an old Shimano groupset they need to get rid of? I need a complete group ie. chainset / FD / RD / brake callipers / shifters / levers for a budget rebuild project.

More modern models preferred, but I would consider any model, number of gears, any age that will work with a modern Shimano freehub - obviously can use spacers etc. Prefer STI integrated brake levers / shifters but would consider DT levers too. Cosmetics not too important if all working ok, and I’m happy to do the cleaning! I will fit new chain and cassette so not a problem if these are missing.

Please let me know what’s out there!

Yep, true. Those are the original bars that came with the bike, can’t get a good position for 105 hoods on them. Looks a bit less bad IRL compared to the picture
