Hello, I’m trying to find a pair of carbon Campagnolo 170mm cranks. Don’t mind which groupset - Record / Chorus / Centaur / Athena all good. 10 or 11 speed. Could even deal with the dreaded powertorque! 135 BCD preferable, but not a dealbreaker. With or without chainrings. Ideally in reasonable condition.
If you have anything like this to sell, please let me know. Thanks!

These belong to my sister, she isn’t using them much these days since having kids so has asked me to find them a new home (the bags, not the kids).
I’m not sure of the exact model, they are at least a few years old. Roll top closure, must be at least 20L each.
Well used with the usual wear and marks but no damage, rips, tears etc. The fixing parts, handles and straps etc are all intact and working perfectly. They still look pretty waterproof to me, but i haven’t tested them.
£50 for the pair please.
Collection in London NW3, but I could possibly meet more central with a couple of day’s notice.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
Dave

I am short and ride small bikes so my knees do bump the Yepp mini, but we don’t ride far or fast on this bike so it’s annoying but bearable, I just have to stick my knees out. As above, I think on medium size frames upwards it wouldn’t be a problem.
Also yes the Yepp mini does limit bar rotation but again you get used to it. I think having the child seat at the front is definitely preferable to the back, until she gets too big - easier to get on and off, less wheelie prone, and more fun for the little one.

If you’re on 11 speed the 2 types work perfectly well together - I currently have wheels with a shimano free hub and 11 speed sram cassette on my bike with 11 speed campy. Also works the other way round ie. Campy cassette and shimano / sram mechs.
Obviously not helpful if you’re using 10speed or less…

Finished the dad bike a few months ago but never got round to taking pictures.
Marin Bear Valley SE 1994. New Deore drivetrain, and I’m very happy with the DX V-brakes - a nod to my teenage self when these were the height of cool. The cranks are probably temporary, I would love to find some nice old ones eg. LX or XT in 170mm. Again the klunker style swept bars, and a charge plug saddle recovered with alcantara suede. For this child seat, a Thule Yepp mini, the mount for a quill stem is much better than the ahead mount. When she is too big for this seat the mount will come off and it will look even better, I might try an ahead adaptor.
It’s great to ride without the child seat, very chilled and cruisey. Even better, my daughter loves it - we started with very short rides around 10 mins in January, just after her first birthday. Now she will happily sit in there for 45 mins. Had a lovely ride in the sun this morning!
