So in the market for a new BBQ, I'm open to suggestions... Should I whip myself for not getting the Aldi kamado? Is a Kamado just for low and slow cooking? Usually cooking for 2 but occasionally up to 8 people. What would you go for? Can be gas or charcoal. Garden space is limited so hoping for something that can do a lot of styles of cooking.

All this pizza chat made me fire up the oven the other night, I always forget to take photos but got a couple.
Dough has been in the freezer since last year, wasn't expecting much. I usually get cobble lane pepperoni but had to make do with salami from m&s.
The first pizza I launch is always cheese and marmite, I can't recommend it enough.
What temp is your stone? I average 430c and it will cook my pizza in about 30-60 seconds.
I have a turning peel and I turn the pizza every 5 seconds roughly to even out the spotting. I then dome (lift the pizza to near the oven roof) the pizza before taking it out.

edit read Karu as koda! I prep on the left table, I'm currently revamping my garden and thinking about building a kitchen area to replace this but it works well. I accidentally bought the bigger gas bottle haha, you can get away with the smaller one. My only complaint is the oven loses temp really quickly, a door would help but haven't looked into it. It produces great pizza.
Do yourself a favour and order these https://www.adimaria.co.uk/frozen-dough-balls-10x250g-dalla-giovanna
Then spend the afternoon practicing 👍

You are right, I'm always a grass is greener type when I'm bored or trying to ignore other pressing needs (new windows).
Love driving the car and will run it till at least winter. I need to at least get some wear out of the new cross climate tyres $$$$
I think an A6 All road with air suspension is probably the answer in the future
In other news, don't put wheel cleaner on if your neighbour is about to chat your ear off for 30 mins, calipers look like rusty crap now.

Spent the week driving around the trossachs, dukes pass was a highlight, although my partner would disagree, those bends are vomit inducing. Also enjoyed the three loch forest track. The A4 is very fun to drive although I can't help but feel I'm driving the wrong car and the Audi tax is real. All this chat about outbacks, yetis etc has me thinking something like that would suit our family better.
Ideally I want something euro6/ULEZ, AWD, can handle single tracks and has decent boot space
Is the answer a yeti/outback? If so what engine/trim

I was thinking https://www.littlegreene.com/obsidian-green but there is 15 meters of walls, it would be worth it!

Nearly finished removing a 5 meter long planter. So much soil, I now have 30 rubble bags of soil to shift. The annoying thing is there is another planter opposite to do at some point. Instantly makes the garden look bigger.
Plan is to shape the border to be a bit more curvy and plant some evergreen shrubs.

Subaru Outback? A6 All road? Skoda Yeti?
With a lease, and it being brand new I'd be so on edge about scuffing up the interior hauling stuff around if thats what you need it for mostly. If I didn't have an infant, I'd be driving around in an old defender.
I think there was some chat earlier about Outbacks, after watching some reviews I'm pondering swapping my A4 wagon for one, there's just something about the A4 which has me on edge when the dog gets mucky on a walk.

Looks really good, could be a good option for listening to music when out on my own
