Do you want to keep the (a) dynamo rear light on the bike? If so you'll need to take the light off the rack and find another way of mounting it to the bike when the rack is removed. Remembering to coil up enough wire to reattach it to the rack when you want to put the rack back on again.
Also most dynamo lights should never need a cable snipping to remove them - it's usually a spade connector or possibly a ring connector which can be undone and reused.
To be honest it'll be a load of annoying faff which might go wrong, cost money if a new mount is needed, and then have to be reversed in a few months anyway. I'd strongly recommend leaving it as is!

Another question to all tubeless experts - worth having a syringe for intermediate top ups through the valve (with core removed I presume)? Guessing a syringe isn't needed for initial setup.
Any recommendations for a syringe, or just anything with a needle which fits inside the valve stem?

Loads of plug sockets. Much neater than trailing wires or having to plug/unplug stuff.
Seconded. Also light switches, make sure they're on the correct side of doors etc.
Anything that needs chasing into walls/under floors/making good - do it now while the house is a mess, or forever hold your peace.

It was meant to be a shit box that I didn't mind locking up around town but it ended up with some inappropriately nice bits (stupid converted DA cranks, ti post, hand made M_V stem) and I like it so much that I'd hate for it to get nicked. Needless to say, I'm working on a new, shitter bike to fill that role
