Is that the original Chris King base plate/crown race?
Looks like the high stack/tall version...
Or is that the bearing sticking out of the cup?Regarding the freehub body I would contact this guy:

Jenny Christian is a former engineer at Tune and has his own eBay shop selling all sorts of cool Tune parts. -

Dave Rome recently did a podcast with Chris Heershap all about 3D printing.
In the end Chris gave some recommendations for printers iirc.Link: https://cyclingtips.com/2022/09/nerd-alert-you-can-3d-print-that/

Great update and good vibes all around! Bike is (still) looking excellent. :-)
Goldsprint (German shop) do their own version of the Nitto UI-25 stem:
https://www.goldsprintshop.com/Goldsprint-Ultimate-CNC-Vorbau-318-mm
From looking at the pictures, they both seem identical.Only issue will be shipping and taxes.
Could still end up being only slightly more expensive than Freshtripe, etc. -

I think Ergotec are onto something!

Gravel being seen as an extension of "urban adventure".I guess it's time to fully embrace the flat bar/flat pedal hybrids. ;-)

Anybody tried out these yet?

If you look at their instruction manual, it shows the wave washer inside the non drive side bb cup behind the bearing.

As tester said already the spindle is captured on the non drive side so I'm not sure it's such a good idea to have the non drive side bearing "floating" inside the cup.
I can't really wrap my head around what they are/were thinking with that design. -

Just came across this new (to me) idea/way of attaching a frame bag that should prevent almost any movement and give a lot of extra rigidity to the bag itself.
https://youtu.be/aesO-Aoe5es?t=50
You've probably seen this before but I thought it would be cool to share anyway. :-)
Maybe something to incorporate into your future frame builds together with @Tijmen?Edit: the timestamp doesn't seem to work in the embedded video.
Just click the link or skip to 0:50 min in the video. -

New page photo. :-)
