Rear hinge, seat sleeve and the standard chain wear, brake pads / rims - try and keep your rims as clean as possible and change pads at 2/3rd worn.
The front wheel / headset are looseball, so keep those clean / tidy or upgrade to sealed bearings for a little extra cost but higher performance and longer lasting etc.
The tyre pressures make a huge difference, 100psi every week!

So... after a bit of faff with a front brake hitting the spokes and me deciding on binning the dynamo in favour of a pro4 to solve it I fitted a 180mm rotor and its all happy again!
Pre ordered those Stooge bars, just need to get me some new guards from work today and sort out replacing the chain, finally a new set of cables and we should be golden.
Last little project piece is a tandem stoker stem extension mod to give little human some bars on the back! - the orange section is an old steerer tube cut off, just needs to be 100mm longer, I could move her forward on the deck, but I like her having lots of room, in a few years with no2 i will need to, but for now it works nicely!

Yeah I get your frustration, do you not have local dealers?
