I'd say they are probably a little more generous than most XL gloves, although if you find most XL gloves too small I'd maybe order some XL and XXL Sealskinz so you can compare. They offer free returns on their website. I have a couple of other pairs of Sealskinz and as a brand, they're really good.

FWIW from the bottom of my palm to the tip of my middle finger is 21cm. My hands/fingers are pretty slim. If you're nearby (London SW17) feel free to drop by and try them out.

Yea, I agree. That's why I think gumtree is probably a better place to look for now. I've always sold on there with the assumption that people are collecting with cash and have a chance to check things out before agreeing 100% to buy. Ebay is a bit more final in this case (4omins left on the auction) as you bid/commit to buying. Thanks again.

Cheers guys, really appreciate the replies. I think you're right about it being a bit on the small side but as I'll probably only be riding 5-10miles max it hopefully wouldn't be too much of an issue.
I have a little experience working on bikes but am no expert. Was hoping I wouldn't have to do too much other than some bar tape. I think I might see how the bidding goes. The other thing putting me off is that given it's on ebay I'm guessing it'd be a pain to get a refund if I went to give it a once over and decided I didn't want it. Might keep scouring gumtree...

Never bought a bike on eBay before and never owned an ss but have been looking around for a pub bike. This doesn't seem like too bad a deal given the limited details but I'd really appreciate a couple of opinions in case I'm missing something stupidly obvious. I'm about 6'4" fwiw.

I was working at Fusion Media. I wasn't an account manager, I did more of the reporting and admin stuff for clients. Lots of fun and a great bunch of people, but wanted a change for various reasons.

Congrats on the transition! I'm going through a somewhat similar one at the moment. After leaving what on the surface would seem like a great area to work in (cycling pr) I've been trying to get into the charity sector. I'd like it to be cycling related if possible and have been volunteering with sustrans, wheels for wellbeing etc...but permanent jobs (ie not freelancing) are pretty few and far between and those that come up are highly competitive. I have an interview on Monday with a local charity, nothing to do with cycling, but the position would be good experience for me so we'll see.

Hi mate, just gave the jersey the once over and noticed a small mark just above the rear pockets. Have put it in the wash but if it doesn't come out I'll take a photo and knock a fiver off.
