No ones gonna pay for this in that state, with that description. You'd spend way more bringing it back to a decent standard of life than getting something in way better condition.

I assumed this would be Columbus SLX or similar but doesn't actually state. Has a 531c sticker but dropouts are marked Columbus.

I'm gonna guess 58cm seat.
