This fish56octagon guy (https://www.instagram.com/fish56octagon/) has been popping up on my Instagram and I love him. Discovered this through one of his clips and it's so good.

Posted this in the walking thread as well as didn't know this one existed which is also applicable.
Does anyone know of any good multi day walks in France for a trip in June with stops in AirBNB/Hostel/Hotel rather than camping? Me and my partner did the North Downs Way from Rochester to Dover and then back along to Canterbury last year over 5 days and we're looking for something similar and I kind of fancy France. All but one of the days ranged from about 30-37km and looking for a similar daily distance.
Would be great if it can be accessed and returned by train from London. Something that has a historic significance or something is also a plus, we liked the link to the Pilgrims' Way on the North Downs Way for example. I've started to have a look at the Pilgrims' routes of France but haven't got far into it yet.

Had no idea they were re-releasing the original S.T.A.L.K.E.R trilogy. Looks like there was talks about it and then they’ve just suddenly released it on Xbox following their showcase thing. Got a few games on the go at the moment but will look forward to playing this in future. https://www.xbox.com/en-GB/games/store/p/9N4GFFDG41JR

Went to see Dune Part 2 yesterday and it's been playing on my mood since. It was just so brilliant to me but I have a sort of melancholy now. I thought the performances were pretty much perfect across the board, visuals were stunning, story excellent, sound design and music astounding. I only read the book for the first time a few months ago in prep for it and I already want to read it again. Plan to read the rest of the series instead though.

Created a pretty silly close call for myself this morning crossing the Surrey Canal Road onto the shared path from Trundleys Road next to Folkestone Gardens. Misjudged the speed of a van coming along the far lane and went across. Driver laid on the horn and I assume was just off my back wheel, feel like they could have eased up to slow a bit to avoid it further if they had that much time to react on the horn but on me for going for a gap that turns out wasn't there.
Cursed myself and felt pretty stupid as I continued on the shared path, but then saw out of the corner of my eye on the road what I thought was the van sticking to the back of the car in front, lo and behold the driver swings it around the roundabout next to Avalon cafe to block off the crossing of Landmann Way and have a shout at me about how he almost killed me. I just stopped, held up my hands to apologise and say it was on me before pulling around the back of the van and continuing on.
