Greetings from Melbourne, Oz :)
The ally frame with carbon stays dates it fairly narrowly at late 90s / early 00s (IIRC?)... This era doesn't get much love, so a good price isn't unlikely. The groupset is glorious (at least when you get the cranks), and judging from the brake track wear and condition of the hoods, looks barely used. Is there much wear on the hoods? (I'd recommend buying spares, if they're still available.) Are the clicks in the right lever tight and snappy, or loose and soft?
The wheels are also pretty mad, but speaking of brake tracks, don't appear to be the same model, unless Mavic's attitude is that anyone buying wheels this nice should know the front brake is where it's at - no wear indicator line on the back. Seems rather odd... Wonder what the explanation for that is.
How's the position? Any scope to slam that stem?

As a nod to that I’m thinking black ITM bars and stem, white tape, white cables.
Between that and your silver post, I'd say you really need that 9000 crankset to tie it together. Or if you go the Campy route, a carbon crank with that white text on it could also work, but then the seatpost is kind of on its own, only the headset to keep it company.
How about just throw it together with whatever Shimano you can cobble together, and just gradually build up a 9000 group from used parts when you find them at a good price, maybe just NOS for the crankset?

Sorry for the huge URLs.
Look for the first question mark and delete it and everything after it.

By the cut of Starmer's jib, I'd guess you'll get little more than window dressing in terms of resuscitating the nation; he'll just make some pretty noises while continuing the neoliberal feeding frenzy on its carcass.
Less Joe Biden and more Anthony Albanese; Labour in name only.
