how does the deeper section shed mud better? is this something that is only relevant with cantis? i can't see why you wouldn't want a super-light rim like the m50 or their cx tub rim. the ar 4.5 would be great for 28/30mm road tires of course.
those wheels look silly sorry. why not use their xc mtb rim? no point in an aero rim with a much wider tire than it was designed for.
